What delivery area does Anita-Margarita service?

We deliver to most all of the Greater Houston area. Unfortunately we no longer service the Richmond/Rosenburg area, no the Clear Lake area. Please contact www.JustAddCake.com for the extreme southern areas including the Clear Lake area.

How do I make a reservation?

You can click here and fill in the reservation form and an agent will call you back shortly to confirm your order. Once we receive your credit card information over the phone, your order will be confirmed. You may also call our office directly at 281-350-1397 to speak with a reservation agent Monday - Friday from 8:00AM-7:00PM or Saturday and Sunday from 9:00AM-4:00PM.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once a reservation is made, we consider it definite. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason other than weather (50% chance of rain or more), a cancellation fee will be charged. The fee will vary from a minimum of $25 for a basic moonwalk up to $100 for some of our larger interactive inflatables.

Do you require a deposit to reserve your equipment?

We require a valid credit card to secure a reservation, however we do not charge anything to the card until the week of the reservation. If you do not have a credit card, we do allow a cash deposit to be made with our office.

Do you deliver and set up your equipment?

We deliver and set up our moonwalks and margarita machines. We also deliver tables and chairs and for an additional set up fee we will set them up and break them down. If you choose to avoid the set up fee for tables and chairs, we will deliver them to your home and ask that you have them stacked and ready for pick-up at the designated pick up time.

Can I keep equipment overnight?

Most equipment can be kept overnight for an additional fee if arranged in advance. For margarita machines, we do not charge an additional overnight fee as long as the machine is available for us to pick up after 8:00AM the next morning.

How much power is needed for your equipment?

Please refer to each piece of equipment for specific power requirements. Please also keep in mind that a 15 or 20 amp circuit can have several outlets extending throughout multiple rooms and that our equipment generally requires an entire 15 or 20 amp circuit.

Do you carry insurance?

Our insurance does not extend to those who rent our equipment. Your homeowner's or business insurance policy typically covers accidents that occur on your property.  Many public parks and venues require an additional insurance rider naming them as insured.  We do not provide any liability insurance that covers public venues or any other area.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. Depending on the specific equipment and the length of time you reserve the items for, we can build a custom package that will meet your needs and save you money.  Please call us to build your specific package.

Do your frozen mixes include the liquor?

No. The margarita mix requires 3 liters of tequilla, and most of the other adult mixes require 3 liters of rum. Please remember to purchase the alcohol prior to our arrival so we can mix the drinks and get the machine started for you. (Liquor stores are closed on Sundays, so be sure to buy your alcohol on Saturday for your Sunday events!)

How many drinks will one 1/2 gallon mix make?

Most adult mixes make 5 gallons which equals (80) eight ounce drinks.  Most kids mixes make 3 gallons which equals approx (50) eight ounce drinks.

What type of surface can your moonwalks be set up on?

Grass is the preferred surface, however we can also set them up on cement or asphalt as long as there are no jagged edges. We do not set up moonwalks on sand! If the only available spot for us to set up is on dirt, please let us know in advance so we can provide tarps.

Are your moonwalks and equipment clean?

Yes! We clean and sanitize our moonwalks every week with Lysol disinfectant.  All of our concession equipment is cleaned thoroughly between each use. After 8 years in the party rental business, we rely on our satisfied repeat clients for well over half of our current business. We believe that our friendly, on-time drivers make a huge difference, but our super clean, sanitized equipment is a major reason our clients come back to us year after year for all their party rental needs.  If clean sanitary equipment is important to you, you've come to the right place.
