Job Description:
The reservation agent answers calls, confirms reservations, assists our
clients with their party planning needs.
Minimum
Requirements:
Must be able to type at least
30 words per minute
Must be proficient with Word Perfect and Excel
Must have a clear telephone voice and effective communication skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must pay close attention to detail
The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, and be willing to take
initiative
Shop
Manager
Job Description:
The main duties of the shop manager are to
maintain the cleanliness of the shop and all of the equipment, manage the
inventories, and ensure timely delivery of equipment as assigned. The shop
manager will also insure all equipment is in working order and in good condition
prior to each rental.
Minimum
Requirements:
Must be willing to work long shifts and weekends
Must be able to work in very high temperatures
Must be able to maneuver up to 200 pounds
Must have a pickup truck that can tow a trailer
Must have a driver's license and a good driving record
Must be able to read and follow a map and a key map
Must be able to maintain and follow a given schedule
Must speak and understand English
Must have good customer service skills
Must be able to handle situations efficiently and cost effectively
Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
The ideal candidate will be reliable and punctual
Shop
Helper
Job Description:
The main duties of the shop helper are to
maintain the cleanliness of the shop and all of the equipment including
moonwalks, margarita machines, popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines, as
well as all tables and chairs.

Requirements:
Must be able to maneuver up to 200 pounds
Must be able to work in an un-air conditioned environment
The ideal candidate will be reliable and punctual
Weekend
Driver
Job Description:
The weekend, or part time, driver will mainly work on Saturday and Sunday to
deliver and set up party rental equipment for our clients.
Minimum
Requirements:
